How to earn points?

Once you’ve connected the app to your devices and joined an Activate membership plan (also available on Stebby), you’ll earn points for your steps and workouts, which you can use in our rewards store.

One hour of training → +30 points 1,000 steps → +5 points 1,000 kcal → +5 points Invite a friend to the app → +25 points

Depending on your level, you can earn points faster. The higher your level, the bigger your multiplier. This helps you earn more points for every activity and move up to the next level faster! Each level has its own point range. When you reach the maximum points for your current level, you’re promoted to the next one.

Every month, you also need to maintain your level because points reset to zero at the start of a new month. At first, you’ll keep the level you earned the previous month, but to maintain it for the following month, you must reach the minimum points required for that level.

Connecting Xiaomi Device

As of now, Xiaomi’s native health apps, such as Mi Fit or Mi Health, do not officially support integration with Health Connect. This means direct synchronization between Xiaomi’s health data and Health Connect isn’t available.

One possible solution is to use a third-party solution to bridge the cap.

For instance, Google Fit can act as an intermediary: 1. Sync Xiaomi Data to Google Fit: Open your Xiaomi health app (e.g., Mi Fit), navigate to settings, and link it to Google Fit. 2. Connect Google Fit to Health Connect: Open the Health Connect app, go to App permissions, select Google Fit, and grant the necessary permissions. By following these steps, you can facilitate the sharing of your Xiaomi health data with Activate app through Health Connect.

Keep in mind that this method relies on third-party integrations and may have limitations.

How can I add my trainings?

Workouts cannot be entered manually in the Activate app. Your workout data will be transferred to our app automatically once you’ve connected it to your phone’s health app or smartwatch.

Connection options:

Android phone: Connect via Health Connect
Apple phone: Connect via Apple Health

In addition, it’s possible to directly integrate devices such as: Garmin, Polar, Fitbit.

If you have another device, send the data from your device to your phone’s health app (Health Connect or Apple Health) and then connect the health app to Activate. This way, your workout data will automatically reach us.

Membership through Stebby

Accepted Answer

If you have Stebby access through your employer, you can purchase a monthly, quarterly, or yearly Activate membership plan via Stebby. Find us in the Stebby app and purchase the ticket that suits you. Once the ticket is purchased, you’ll need to activate your membership plan.

To activate your membership plan:

Download the Activate app Get the Activate app from the App Store or Google Play Store and create an account.
Send us the following information either via the in-app chat or by email to support@activate.ee:

Your Stebby username
The unique ticket code you received upon purchase
Your phone number
The email address you used to register your account

Ticket activation We will convert your purchased ticket to your Activate account within 1–3 business days.

Samsung devices

Currently, there is no direct connection from Samsung devices to the Activate app. However, it is still possible to send your data from the Samsung app through Health Connect.

To sync data from your Samsung device to the Activate app, you need to send the data from Samsung Health to Health Connect and then connect the Activate app to Health Connect.

Install the Health Connect app.
Open the Activate app. Navigate to Menu → Devices. Enable the Health Connect integration.
Open Samsung Health. Navigate to Menu → Settings.
Make sure "Sync with Samsung Cloud" is enabled.
Scroll down until you find "Health Connect". Grant permissions for data sharing (to both the Activate and Samsung Health apps).

If your Samsung Health data isn't appearing in Health Connect, it's likely due to permission issues, syncing problems, or the app not supporting certain data types. You can resolve this by checking app permissions, ensuring data is synced properly, and verifying that both apps are updated.

Why are my points suddenly zero?

Accepted Answer

In the beginning of each month you start from zero. You won't loose any points as they remain in your total point sum. You also do not loose the level you had reached at the end of the previous month, but you need to start collecting points and reach the level minimum point score to maintain the level further.
